The main goals and tasks are the creation, development, offering and maintenance of integrated information systems and technologies. The company with EIC:131210407, with headquarters and management address – Sofia, NPZ ORION, 4 “3020” Str., is an administrator of personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
Scope of processing
The Controller processes personal data of a common type (name, employing company, town/city, telephone number, and e-mail address), provided by you by completing the form available in the “Contacts form” section of the website.
In addition, normal operation of the website makes it necessary to obtain some personal data. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects but that, by its very nature, could make it possible to identify the users by processing and associating the same with data collected by third parties. This category of data includes cookies, which are small text files that websites visited by the users send to their terminals, where they are stored to be sent back to the same sites at the time of subsequent visits. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Purpose of processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- to receive and respond to any contact request, after sending the information you requested;
- with your express consent, your data will be processed to send you e-mails, mail, sms and/or phone calls, newsletters, commercial messages and/or advertising materials for products or services offered by the administrator and to measure the degree of satisfaction with the quality of services;

However, we may retain the data for more than 2 years if its deletion would compromise our legal right of defense or, more generally, protect the company’s assets.
Such storage will be carried out, and access to the same will be limited only to the management of the company in order to guarantee the legitimate exercise of the right of protection.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Transfers of data

In any case, it is understood that, should this be necessary, the Controller will have the right to move the servers even outside the EU. In such a case, the Controller hereby guarantees that transfers of data outside the EU will be done in accordance with the applicable laws, also by means of including standard contractual clauses provided for by the European Commission, and adopting binding corporate rules for intra-group transfers.
Consent
The provision of data and related processing for the purposes is necessary to guarantee the services of the Administrator that you have requested and to fulfill the requests made. If we receive a rejection, you cannot successfully submit requests and you cannot receive a response from the Administrator.
How long we retain your data
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. In addition, you always have the right to object to the sending of newsletters and the processing of all or some data for marketing or commercial purposes.
Therefore, as the data subject, you have the rights according to Art.15 ÷ 21 of the GDPR, as well as the right to submit a complaint to the competent authority under Art.77 of GDPR.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
